Quite Simply A Stunning Array Of Groundbreaking, Forward Thinking, Highly Conceptual & Controversial Art
This Over-sized beauty of a book contains an incredible amount of individual works from Ralph Steadman's humongous Oeuvre. Because of the large size of the book, we are really shown , in detail, all aspects of his highly stylized and incredibly smart paintings. His use of different painting mediums are quite apparent, presented are works done in watercolor, acrylic, newspaper/print, amalgams, Polaroids (paranoids :)) and I'm sure others. This is a must for any enthusiast of either art, literature, politics, sports, animals, extinct birds, comics, Hunter S. Thompson or the Man Himself: Ralph Steadman.
