  • Not very useful for me......

    It focus on business world, not private sector. Only theoretic advices for advanced learners...... I think that the basic of relationship is to eliminate negative people or ones who lose control (anti-bullying materials usually helps). If one already knows it well, this works. But for others, the CDs might not fit their needs...... I would rather recommend relationship strategies by Tony Allessandra, the Best-kept Secret of Great Communicators by Peter Thomson and other kinds of psychology resources (although the Advanced Selling Strategies by Brian Tracy isn't focus on psychology, the 7 practices of mental fitness in chapter 2 really helps.) if one really have awful relationship, communicating problem and face to stressful serious challenges in daily living.......
