    Quality Assured.

    There can very few artists whose output is as consistently good and interesting as Peter Hammill's. A solo record in every sense (except the artwork by long time collaborator Paul Ridout and a photo of PH by wife Hilary), Peter wrote, played, recorded, mixed and mastered every note. Peter's never made music which conformed to the rock norms and the path he pursues here is admirably and doggedly his own, and yet offers new facets to intrigue the listener. A much overused phrase now (and I'm sure he'd not like it) but Mr H is (to this fan and to many others) an English national treasure.
