Good radio. RT95
A very good radio. Easy enough to program. Keep in mind you can only use retevis own software for that. You can't use chirp. This is it's biggest weakness. The retevis software is a bit of a pain to use but you get there in the end. You can't even copy-paste text into it, say a name or numbers for freq. Nope. Won't allow it. You have to input everything manually, the old fashion way. The output power is 4w, 10w and 20w. It does heat up quite a bit on long transmit sessions on full 20w. You will need a small fan added if you plan to use it for long times in transmit. Very good hand mic with built in speaker. The function keys on the radio and mic are very customisable .
