keep's my insurers happy
I have several high security padlocks and chains all equal to this one but my insurance provider said unless the are recommended by 'Lock Secure' I would not be covered for theft. Hence I had to buy one that carries the 'Lock Secure' recommendation. Personally I think that ' Lock Secure' have managed to set up the perfect ( legal ) racket and just wonder how many insurance companies re in their pocket. It looks a lot better in the pictures. For £30 i was expecting a lot heavier chain its fairly lightweight in all honesty' a determined bike thief would not be put off by this chain its ok but there's better about for £30. Il use it along side my main lock as a secondary visual deterrent. Lock for linking to other bike.

Solid piece of kit
