Good but design could have been better
Good product and collects surprising amount of water. Controls are sufficient and easy to use. However, it is a shame that the water tank is at the back and cannot be removed with one hand only.

Dehumidifier efficiency
Smart, quite and reasonably priced. However drying of laundry takes several days on correct setting. As required laundry is in a small room. Previous models normally dried in 24 hrs despite not specific for laundry. Used before you can judge efficiency, so can’t really return for an exchange.

This little baby has reduced our humidity levels (in a three room cottage) from the high 70s to a steady 55 percent in a couple of days . It is quiet enough to leave on all the time and does not appear to use a great amount of electricity. I feel much healthier as a result. Hopefully it will also be easier to heat our place over the winter as a result of its being dry.

Ok but small tank located at rear
It does as it says but the tank is too small, has no handle so you have to carry using two hands, tank is also awkwardly placed at the back of the machine, so you have to turn the machine to get to the tank and the machine has no castors so you strain your back doing so. Very badly designed.

Compact Modern Dehumidifier.
Great little machine. Uses far less electricity than older ones. Fan noise only... You can't hear the refrigerator mechanism. Dried the whole house out in 3 days. Now it goes on when theres laundry drying. It has an adjustable humidistat, so you can let it turn itself on and off to keep the humidity down.
