Excellent & Easy To Use
I am very happy with my garlic crusher, it makes very light work when crushing garlic cloves. Very easy to use and wash but note do not leave it in a bowl of water as the water gets into the handle and can make your drawer wet. I highly recommend this item.

Works well, but is not stainless steel
This works very well. It's probably one of the best garlic tools I've used (and I've tried a few). But it's described as stainless steel, which it isn't. There is a mention of zinc alloy in the detailed description, and I'd say that's what it is. The two hinge pieces probably are stainless steel, but that doesn't make up for the misleading description.

A very handy, essential kitchen tool
Fabulous garlic press - very sturdy construction and easy to use - crushes garlic beautifully - definitely worth purchasing. I consider it to be one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Bad choice
I've given the crusher a low rating because It only holds a small quantity of garlic and it's a bit tinny! I found it took a lot of strength to get the garlic through it actually hurt my hand! I wouldn't recommend it !

A great ginger juicer.
This is an ideal unit for crushing and forcing the juice from pre-grated ginger. It will also serve in the same way to crush and 'juice' garlic. The other facilities on it are also useful
