Best cylinder in all my 65 years
This is the best cylinder I have ever had even compared to another very well brand. You think the light is a vanity addition think again it makes a huge difference. The handle comes off in seconds so you can attach the tools. Rotating brush is a game changer too as opposed to simple suction ends on other vacuums. Two buttons to empty the bagless bag one to detach from vacuum the other to open flap and empty (easy) Very nice long cord and adjustable suction which I didn't use but it was still strong enough to pick up spiked grass seeds. Neat way to store it with the brush/ hose clipping into the back of the body.Oh and finally I dont havegto worry which way I'm hoovering on the big rug as it doesn't stick like uprights if I hoovered against the pileVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Amazing in collecting hair and dust from carpets. It is NOT anti-hair-wrap
Extremely good on carpets. I have long hair and we have a dog. It took so much dirt and hair from carpets that we were shocked. So much dust in bedroom that we couldn't believe in it. It has been so far the best hoover we have ever had. Much better than Henry which broke down after many years and we threw it out. The problem is that it is hard to push on hard floor even on the lowest settings. But it is something for something - one movement and everything is collected. It is heavy and bulky, but it is very well made (quality plastics). I also find it difficult to open the container. The button doesn't realise the cover and I struggled to open it. Just look at pics of how well it collected the dirt from our carpets. It is after using Henry on them... The 3rd pic is of an old rug next to the garden door. It was always full of dog hair. I used Bissell once on it and it is all clean. I needed to updated this review as after first use my hoover started to make strange noises... My hair wrapped and almost stopped it from working (last picture). I am so disappointed and I bought it for its anti-wrap system. Well, it clearly doesn't work. I had to cut the hair by scissors to unblock it.

Bit weighty
