this CPU is great , i swapped this for my 8700K that had been run at 5GHz since day one , this CPU beats it at everything at stock speeds i ran this against my Overclocked 8700k + Overclocked 2080ti , it beat that with every thing running stock settings out of the box

Went in to replace the 5600x that I’d had for a year. Had no issues with that though I have noticed stutter in some 4K games, well Far Cry 6. That appears to have disappeared now. Went in pretty easily, and to reset all the xmp and resizeable bar stuff, but that was pretty much in, went in easy and works great, got it for £300, so all in all very happy.

Excellent Gaming CPU
The Ryzen 7 5800x is an excellent gaming cpu! I upgraded from a Ryzen 5 2600 and this new chip loads games so much faster. Although the Ryzen 2600 never used more that 20% processing power in games, the Ryzen 7 5800x is way more responsive and games feel smoother.

The only downfall with the Amd Ryzen 5000 series, they run at high temperatures, but there's ways round that. Very fast CPU, mine is used for gaming and is perfect, very happy.
