Good tool but…..
Bought this to bend 1/4” stainless rod -which it does adequately. Only problem with it is everything is a bit sloppy and wouldn’t call this a precision tool And I had to tighten all the screws that hold it together before use. Ok for the money
For the money it’s ok, but you need to finish the tool off before you can really use it. The handle is wobbly & needs a shim washer. Earlier versions came with a “close follower” attachment which I badly needed, so I made my own, plus a few smaller pin formers & now it’s perfect. Still good for the money, but it’s not really useable straight out of the box. I’d highly recommend watching a few YouTube videos when it arrives, before you use it properly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

An excellent addition to the workshop
It's worth finding and watching a youtube video on this product (or extremely similar) which shows how to fix this tool up so that it works properly. So an hour or two in the workshop and this little tool now works brilliantly. I'd thought of making my own bender but this is very good value for money and very robust.
