He toured with Buddy Guy, Van Halen and the Rolling Stones. He is also active in the blues supergroup The Rides together with Stephen Stills and Barry Goldberg. The Kenny Wayne Shepherd STRATOCASTER Sounds beautifully lively and resonant with its chambered ash body. The translucent finish in Transparent Faded Sonic Blue highlights the ash grain. The maple neck in C profile with a bordered rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25" radius plays sensationally smoothly. The design is of course inspired by the early 60s, the golden age of FENDER .
