Beast for tough fabrics
Very powerful with many extra features for crafting. Louder than I had anticipated. I like the one automatic backstitch upon starting to sew forward and the ability to select needle placement (up vs. down) when sewing is stopped which is critical when going around corners. Best part - bright lights on stitch selection make it so easy to read. Glad I bought it!

Lots of Stitches & Better on Denim
This machine has lots of decorative stitches complete with a buttonholer attachment to do several different types of buttonholes. It's easy to use & will sew over 3 layers of denim better than my quilting machine using the proper needles & walking foot.
