Awesome unit
It is very light and elegant. It works fast, silently and perfectly. Excellent sound quality. It can be connected via rca or optic cable. Having the chance to load 6 cd's is great. It is cool that it reproduces MP3 and other audio formats. Lots of features to take advantage from.

The remote has no volume control.
My CDs seem to only play on the space for "disc 5...and maybe on "disc 1". Otherwise, the CD makes a loud "clacking" noise when I try playing with discs in the other spaces. The "sound quality is only good when playing those two disc spaces.

Perfect Match
I was looking for a multidisc CD player and hit the jackpot with this one. It works as intended and even matches my very old vintage (original owner) Onkyo Receiver, I'm pretty sure I purchase the receiver in '87. So this multi-disc CD changer is a matach made in heaven for me.

Onkyo 6 disc CD player
This is my 2nd Onkyo 6 disc CD player. The 1st one was purchased in 1995 & up until last year, played perfectly. My new one is similar in design, has a great remote control, sounds great & is easy to use. I highly recommend Onkyo products.

Open-box CD player didn't work. Issues widely reported on the internet.
Turned on OK and the turntable worked fine, but wouldn't play CDs. The testing must have been only for power-up on this open-box player. Many issues with this player reported on the internet.

CD Player Far From DOA
Great unit. Simple and intuitive. My only gripe is the CD trays are too shallow and if you are not careful you'll be tilting the unit up and shaking out errant disks.
