The DEWALT DCF899 XR Brushless High Torque Impact Wrench with 3 speed and torque settings that gives you the control to best suit your application. This machine replaces the DCF889N. The 1/2in (13mm) square drive with detent pin allows for more efficient torque delivery and excellent socket retention. It is fitted with a comfortable rubber XR grip and switch for greater application comfort and maximum control. It has a powerful fan cooled motor that delivers up to 950Nm of torque and 2400 impacts per minute for heavy duty fastening applications. It also provides up to 1625Nm of breakaway torque, that ensures removal of the tightest bolts. The bright white LED with a delay feature provides improved visibility and .

Dewalt DCF899N-XJ
This is a very powerful impact wrench and dewalt quality. I already had dewalt tools so made sense to buy this impact wrench. I brought it after using my neighbours. Mine is the newer model with indent ring. It is on the heavy side but paired this with 2ah battery to minimise weight. I would have preferred the DCF894 which is lighter and more compact but was more expensive and less powerful. So it made sense I brought this as its cheaper and much more power.

DeWalt DCF899N
I bought this to replace my DW292 230V and add to my other XR 18V collection. Love the product and to be able work without a cord. The DW292 was powerful and always did the work on wheel nuts/bolts to satisfaction. This machine is even stronger and since I have 5 batteries (4-5Ah) and 2 chargers it will make working much more pleasurable. I love the finish and the touch and this is a heavy duty machine for a long time relationship. On the negative side, it is a heavy tool!
