Everyone is different so not sure how this review will help you. But this works for me. I take (just) one a day and it keeps my burps / wind at bay. Dida has given me my life back! Amazing.
Superb remedy for Candida which I didn't know I had for years as my GPs failed to diagnose it. I found out by doing my own research online after years of agony suffering from the symptoms: severe trapped wind, abdominal bloating, acid reflux, nausea, constipation, fluid retention, swollen joints, swelling in the face. I could only eat fluids. Solid foods were a "no-go" for 5 years! And yet in the last 2 years I had out on almost 28lbs in weight having been super slim all my life. And then I discovered DIDA supplements...the results have been amazing. Not only do they taste delicious but I love the flavour of herbs and oils and was pleasantly surprised at how pleasant they taste. After taking just ONE supplement, the trapped wind and bloating was eradicated completely. To say that I was shocked is an understatement. From then onwards my digestive system responded incredibly well and very quickly. I lost 14lbs in weight in less than 14 days, unintentionally. I can now eat anything I want and I get no side effects. I have always had a naturally healthy diet so that helped but I now treat myself at weekends to my little vices: chocolate (though very rarely now as I couldn't eat it for 5 years. I had stomach acidity and very bad long term stomach and intestine bloating. Also bad digestion. I nearly finished first pack and I feel much much better. I used to feel full all the time, now i started to feel hungry when I'm hungry and I am much less bloated. I still need to use it for longer but I feel much better already. Very happy! Has benefits but not the cure
Whilst the product does have some benefits to help your condition I find that it can have some side effects ie:- cause Constipation.
