During raising it can be stopped at any height before locking the vehicle out level. Once raised it can be tilted forwards or backwards to allow much greater access to underside of car (always use suitably rated axle stands before getting under a vehicle).

Pivot lift
Light, easy to use. It lifts my frogeye sprite easily and makes basic servicing a doddle. Would get a 2ton version the next time just to be more flexible with its use on bigger classics.
