worth the money..... just as effective as more expensive units
This air cooler is not bad at all for the price....but....Do not forget, it is an AIR COOLER / FAN ....Not a AIR CONDITIONER .... So don't think it will do the same job. The good points of this unit is ... Well made, easy to use, Remote control is great. Will cool you down and can humidify the air so not just dry or arid cool air. It does what you tell it to do and does it well.
You are in full control of the flow of cooler air power and direction, if you want to use it at night its on a timer. All the operations can be performed by the remote or local. The humidity does help and assists keeping the area cooler. Once you get use to the gentel home of the unit running, it is quite theroputic.
