Very happy and pleased customer!
My order was delivered very swift with all the listed items. In addition someone had added a little wrap of sweets - nice touch! I have just been going over all leather in my Volvo V70 V5 2002. The products was easy to apply and easy to use. Only thing I could wish was that the supplied micro fiber cloth was split in four - as it was it was so big I chose to split it in four. If you want to revitalise the leather upholstery...
I have been using the Autoglym products for many years now. Both the leather cleaner and the leather care balm are great quality products, that upon correct usage the results are excellent. Use a wet cloth to wipe your leather seats from dust and then apply the leather cleaner (at first apply it at a "hidden" spot of your upholstery in order to ensure that it will not cause any discoloration) on the leather seats, door inserts, dash, at one area at a time and the use a cotton cloth (i.e. old t-shirt) soaked in warm/hot water and which you rinse frequently in order to remove the "soappy" foam created by the Leather Cleaner along with the dirt that the cleaner has removed from the leather surface. The leather surface should be left to dry and have a matte look. When you are done with the cleaning of the leather surfaces, use an applicator to apply the leather care balm. Personally, I use my hands to apply it and also "massage" the leather seats in order to have the care balm penetrate and hydrate the leather, up to the point that the balm is absorbed completely. After you are done with the application of the care balm and leave the seats to absorb it completely, you will have a very nice satin look on your leather upholstery and you will feel the surface smoother and more flexible. The bonus is -in some cases- that a few of the wrinkles caused by usage of the seats, have now disappeared...!!! Thank you!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great cleaner good restorer
The cleaner, brush and clothes work excellent. It really bought up the motorbike leathers. I used the cream restorer after as I was after a matt finish like when they were new. It didn't get them matt but it certainly wasn't gloss. They smell much nicer too
