Refurbished? Clearly nobody thought to check it before sending it out.
Print quality is complete garbage.
After setting up using online manuals as the printed one was not included in the box (I kinda get it when buying refurbished and it was stated in the description - which I do for environmental as well as financial reasons) I started printing.
Total cr*p - ink levels are all over the place, despite the title of the item clearly stating that inks are included, and printing even a basic document gives a fuzzy, out of focus, poor resolution piece of unusable rubbish.
Following online tutorials I have cleaned the print nozzles and now am looking at the Print Head Alignment but when asked to select the 'best' setting none of them are near the target on the control panel.
I can't access the maintenance element in the driver, it's not an option, so I can't do it manually.
I've ordered a complete set of new ink - when it says 'varying levels' I'd expect to be able to print at least a couple of sheets to check it's working, this one was totally out of Cyan and Yellow which defeats the object of what was supposed to be a 'fully working' item.
This wasn't bought in an auction from a private seller where you'd expect some level of previous user error - it was supposed to have been reset so it can be used 'like new'.
Very disappointed and I wish I'd bought one brand new
