Softer for an elderly cat's paws
I ordered your wood based cat litter on the recommendation of our vet as our elderly indoor cat had started avoiding the cat litter tray and was using the living room rug instead. Our cat has taken to it immediately, what an immediate and amazing success! The litter tray is once again the place to go. The vet explained that as cats get older their paws can get sensitive; your product certainly seems kinder on paws than the catsan litter we had used for several years. I had hoped rather optimistically that it might smell of pine forests, it doesn't, but it does have a smell of fresh pine sawdust - a mild, neutral, clean sort of smell - and more importantly it continues to smell of fresh pine sawdust even after use - it even seems better at absorbing odour than the catsan, So a win win I think, the cat and I are both delighted with this product and it is such a relief that there has been no more soiling in the house. Very good quality can not be compared to cheaper wood pellets available on the market, they say you get what you pay for it is definitely true with this product, I will only be using this from now on! You will have to purchase the correct litter tray to get the best out of these pellets.

Easy transition!
Watched a YouTube video about these pellets and how to save money and your house from smelling. We have an 18 year old cat and 2 8 week old kittens who have been litter trained. Mixed the pellets in with the old litter, and left 2 trays with pellets and gravel kitty litter. Consider this litter first.
Ive 30 cats and kittens at any one time & 22 yrs experience. This is the best I’ve used taking across the board considerations. It gives good smell camouflage with a pleasant pine smell at first. You need to use very little as it swells greatly. The Company is on the ball with their orders and delivery. Order one day and have it within two days. Price wise it compares very favourably, if not probably the cheapest I’ve ever used. Delivered to the door so no humping big bags of heavy litter from the supermarket. it’s packed in heavy sealed polythene bags in a cardboard box. It leaves the litter trays much cleaner than a gritty litter as it is constantly absorbing whereas the gritty litter ceases absorbing and ends up with a river of wee. The downsides are that it bulks up and does fill your dustbin but it’s not heavy and the used litter can become a bit flyaway as it’s reduced to sawdust. However on the whole I like this litter very much and I hope I’ve given you an accurate and non biased view to help you make your choice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
