Trading my vintage Le Creuset for All Clad
Love my Le Creuset but it’s getting heavy. I wanted a good quality saucepan that was low maintenance, cooked as well as the Le Creuset and was easier to handle. So far, this one fits the bill. Time will tell. My Le Creuset is over 30 years old, very well used and still has many more years of cooking for someone.
