10 inch deli slicer.
This arrived promptly, very well packed. Set-up required only attaching the clear plastic shield to the part that holds the meat with two screw/bolts. After that it was ready to use. There is a slight amount of noise made by the motor during operation. The knob at the lower left sets thickness from 1mm to 12mm (about 1/2 inch). the only negative is that instructions are very poorly translated into English from Chinese. I have not figured out how the included sharpening stones are setup and operated.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
