Very happy with Kaytee paper bedding/substrate
This is the first time I've used it and up to now it's ok, it doesn't seem dusty but as this is my first pack I can only comment on this as subsequent ones may not be as good. I have a large hamster cage and it's spot cleaned every day and totally cleaned every week so at nearly £14 this wasn't cheap bedding/substrate. I dare say it would last a fortnight between total cleaning. It's good odour control, but as I said the cage is cleaned regularly, it's hopefully much more comfortable and safer for my Syrian hamster than sawdust so I will be continuing to purchase it. On the whole fairly happy with the product as is my hamster 🐹🙂Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not as described.
Wouldn't buy this again. It says it absorbs twice as much as sawdust yet I have had to change my guinea pigs out within the same amount of time. Smells a lot more once it has been toileted on than sawdust does. And it is so expensive as well compared to saw dust. Cosy but messy
Can't argue with the quality of product, but for me, it was too messy. Guinea's, kicked it all over their cage and made it look so untidy. I like the bedding to stay where it should be. I think it could do with being longer ribbons to solve this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
