Not 'heavy duty'.
I'd have been pleased with this had it not been described as 'heavy duty', as this certainly is not the case. The Outback one this replaces was heavy duty, it was thick, weighty and stayed in place. This one is very light, you hear it rustling in the slightest breeze and it's already blown off twice. I have to tie a large bungee around it which really spoils the look. I guess it's OK for the money but I can't see it lasting long.
