Great speaker stands
Bought these speaker stands to support a pair of Mackie SRM450 speakers. The speakers are powered so the stands need to be robust to be able to hold the weight of these type of speakers. I went for the Gorilla stands as this brand was already known to me. The stands are well made, easy to set up, have security pins as well as tightening bolts and come with their own carrying bag. At first I thought I made a mistake and only orders one stand. Opening the box I found a decent cloth type carry bag and two stands inside. Nice compact units to store and carry with a nice wide base to support the speakers when in use. Great value product compared to my local high street shop which these stands replace. Reliable stands
I bought a pair last year for a lighting bar, they replaced the stands that came with the lights as they fell apart. These stands are far more robust and sturdy and the bag they come in helps storage. So I bought another set for my speakers. They are not too heavy which is also helpful . I couldn't decide if these deserve 4 or 5 stars. I take my reviews seriously. I give 4 stars based on them being really good and do the job well. Really good value too. However, compared to the stands I have already then these are not has 'heavy duty' but to be fair, not many new things compare to older solid kit.
