Too mush plastic Neilmed
I noticed that the sinus rinse sachets now come stored in a plastic rather than the original card box. I contacted Neilmed who gave a lame excuse but wouldnt tell me why they had started using plastic rather than card. ...in fact they just didnt reply after the one message.! Small sachets of salt solution. Could just use table salt but i like to have the exact amounts for ease.

Good for nasal rinses
If you're looking for pre-packaged saline solutions for nasal rinses, then this brand is as good as I've ever used. I use it 4-5 times a week to clear my sinuses before bedtime and find it helps with my usual congestion. Effective, cheap way to keep your sinuses clear.
An excellent way to clear the sinuses. Really works and is probably not well known because it is cheap and effective and does not require expensive pharmas. It consists really of half a teaspoon of salt and a trace of CaHCO3 in 250ml of water. You can make up your own when you run out of sachets.
