Item arrived as described perfectly no issues. Battery life isn't quite 10 hrs, but I'm also using it for digital art. For being the 2018 model open box it was an ok deal, but doing it over again I would have just bought the latest model for the full new price. Saved like $150 off that for nothing much really the extra space alone would have been worth most of that. This is a fantastic tablet and depending on how you will use it the price is reasonable. If you like to take notes on a digital device this tablet with the pencil is the best format I have ever used. I am very happy with the ipad. The only issue is these do not have the round earbud/headphone jack and I am not spending money on wireless earbuds that are either too expensive or do not work. No home button
