Delicious and probably efficacious.
I have no idea if Bio Strath is having a beneficial effect on my health, however it tastes divine and my mother always told me to take the product. If my wife and I take Bio as directed, (3 teaspoons twice daily,) that amounts to 12 teaspoons per day and the bottle only lasts for less than a week. That is the reason I consider Bio to be expensive; however if it adds 30 years or so to my life then it will be worth the expense.
