I purchased this toilet seat because my old bottom fit seat kept coming loose.But when i eventually managed to fit the seat in the top fit position it was still loose and i ended up having to put the bottom fit nuts in as well to keep the toilet seat firm which somewhat defeated the object of a top fit toilet seat.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
