Audio quick release plug
I recently purchased a Vibe quick release branded plug so I could complete my Vibe subwoofer install with all Vibe products thinking this is a trusted brand. Very similar I would say identical design but the connections on the vibe were very poor... So lost trust for £15 for what is essentially a bit of plastic with 6 metal connection points moulded into it... Looked around for another item n found Audio for £12. As I said almost identical design with 1 half of the plug embossed with "Battery" and the other "Sub" so unidirectional and self explanatory for the simplest of technical minded. Swapped wires over....plugged the new pieces together and BOOM!! Subwoof continuously working no faults or sound glitches...perfect product..simple to use...clean in design.. It works but is hard to pull the plug and socket apart.
Quality materials are used in the construction of this product and it appears well made. However the two parts are extremely tight. I appreciate most users will not want the plug and socket to vibrate loose but I found it extremely difficult pull the plug and socket apart. Professional quality component
Excellent quality. You can tell from the weight of the product that it's up to the job. Substantial fixing screws for the cables and one half of the plug can be screwed to the speaker enclosure for ease of unplugging. Chunky connector pins for good power transfer and a secure click when you push the plug together. Audio quick release plug
I bought a Vibe quick release plug but one of the connections became loose and it worked intermittently. I bought the Audio plug and it now works well with no drop out of sound from my subwoofer.
