Lightweight, but a little narrow for an adult
Lightweight, but a little narrow for an adult, you have to be careful to squat centrally, and not pee over the front ! Also, the seat / lid combo is very tight fitting, needing a screwdriver to open. The perfect solution for a difficult problem
With a broken leg my wife cannot get to the loo in the night without help so this was a perfect and cheap solution, it doubles as a bedside seat and is very well made, easy to clean and a good size, I would recommend this to anyone needing an extra loo as a temporary measure or possibly a cheap camping toilet , 5 Stars.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good basic camping toilet
Decent quality for the money but it’s not gonna last forever I prefer that because you can throw it away and get another. I find camping toilets difficult to keep nice and clean but not this one it’s very basic so there aren’t many places for germs to lurk. I didn’t want to pay £50+ but if I had I would have received a more sturdy toilet but this seems good so far (it’s like a bucket with a toilet seat and lid). It was delivered really quickly too. Perfect!
We've just converted a van into a camper and the other half wouldn't build me a toilet into it (Booo!). As I'm a delicate flower, and don't like the cold, I decided to purchase this so that I could pee in comfort and luxury. It's exactly what it looks like - a bucket with a (surprisingly comfortable) seat and lid. Pop a rubbish bag in, and some cat litter and I was pleasantly suprised that there seemed to be very little-no smell coming off it after a night of use. Convenience and comfort at a bargain price.
Very impressed with this budget product. Bought to use during a bathroom refurb, and were amazed at how robust, comfortable and convenient it is to use. Large capacity, so discreet for all day use (no trips to empty bags until after dark!) The seat is comfortable and the height of this product makes it brilliant for older people. Highly recommended. We lined this with heavy duty rubble bags and covered...evidence of use...with cheap cat litter. Ideal for when a toilet isn't accessible
We are having some plumbing and decorating work involving our bathroom and toilet, which prevents access to those areas. If you only have one toilet, and it isn't accessible for any reason, then this portable compact toilet is ideal for a backup. We found it easy to use. The seat is a tight fit on the bucket and needs to be removed for emptying and cleaning, which wasn't a problem for me. Sturdy (but not turdy 💩)
This port-a-loo was a godsend for pees in the night while camping recently as the facilities were a bit of a trek across the site. No nasty odours with the lid closed afterwards. Taller men might need to “take the knee” while peeing to avoid splashing. We didn’t poo on it, which hopefully doesn’t require any explanation. Can’t imagine curling one out in a tent.
