great kid watch
My favorite feature is being waterproof, so it can be worn 24/7 & looks great. My son loves earning coins for redemption, & I like the flexibility of deciding coin # earned for each chore within the easy to use app. Drawback is lack of touch screen feature, which for him is inability to check chores off himself (the benefit being a parent can make sure chore is done well before awarding coins). Overall great option for kids, much more useful than Fitbit.

Got kiddo motivated
The garmin vivofit jr has my son motivated, not only to be active, but also to earn coins by doing chores for screen & game time. It also has made him more aware of time with the timer and stop watch. I love the fact that it doesn't need to be recharged.

Big hit with kids and parents!
We got vivofit jrs for both our boys, aged 6 and 8, and not surprisingly they got into the competitive nature of who has the most steps, the most activity minutes, etc. They even compete with Dad, who has a Vivosmart watch. The nice surprise is that they now also compete to do chores so they get rewards on the watch for them. "Let me feed the cat," "I want to sweep the kitchen today," are music to parent ears. Great for little active kids who want to feel in charge
