Fun Fitness!
Have previously worked out to a Rosemary Conley's Fat Attack dvd which I always enjoyed but that was a few years ago. Now older wanted to exercise at home so chose this dvd for a change. I enjoyed it, Rosemary gives clear instructions and you can work at your own level of fitness. Members in her class work at different levels to help you, so follow the lady whose fitness level is nearest yours. You'll enjoy the music too!

Getting back to fitness
Had this on video years ago, yes outdated now but I did enjoy it at the time. I wanted to get back into shape & loose a little bit weight without the expense of a gym. The exercises are easy to follow & not to strenuous as different levels of fitness to follow. DVD delivered within the time frame & in excellent condition

Good home workout
I bought this DVD to do a home workout during lockdown. I used to go to Rosemary Conley classes and remembered some of the moves. The instructions are clear and I enjoy the backing music. There is an aerobic session, a body toning session and an armchair session.
