Strong and Flexible
I find it quite difficult to remove and fit gatorskin tyres as they are not as flexible as standard ones. However using these made the job easier as they are strong and flexible at the same time. Not Up To The Job
Have had occasion to use on the trail but found they struggled to remove a 27.5x2.5 tyre on a mountain bike,they are of excellent quality and do not scratch the wheel rims. Pack a set of metal levers as back up. David CVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Schwalbe tyre levers
A lot easier to use on marathon plus (700 28). Initially snapped one and deformed another lever from a tool kit that served me well over the years. So had a look for some glass fibre reinforced plastic levers. These are better than I had expected. I found them a little unusual on seating the new tyre and had to check the instructions. Very positive against the rim but due to there width and strength prevented the tyre rim from too much of an angle over the wheel rim. Been a big fan of the marathon plus for years and now I’ll have to wait and see how these levers fair, but I have a feeling they be not used for a while.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good but not perfect...
Decent quality tyre leavers, perfect for tubed tyres. Not so perfect for tubeless with a tight bead. The levers don’t like to stay in place when refitting, they have a tendency to jump off right at the critical moment, which is massively frustrating to stay the least! It is doable, with persistence. Useful Third hand
These tyre leavers do everything that unbranded leavers do, so there’s no surprise there. what other leavers can’t do is hold the tyre bead in place while you’re trying to get that last bit of stubborn bead over the rim. A unique clip in the leaver holds the tyre and stops it popping back over the wheel rim when you are fitting a tyre, a bit like having a third hand ;) i have thrown away 3 sets of ordinary leavers (1 set per bike) and replaced them with Schwalbe leavers.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent tyre levers

Good PLASTIC levers
Good product but remember to get the lever under the tyrebead & keep a gentle pressure on the lever whilst you go to the opposite diagonal & squeeze both sides of the tyre into the centre of the rim, still maintaining the lever pressure, work the tyre into the centre all of the way round back up to the lever before levering the tyre off the rim. Use a second lever to slide the cover off. You should be able to use your thumbs to get the tyre back on remembering to push the slightly inflated tube into the tyres as you go. Brilliant tyre levers
3 quid for superbly designed lightweight tyre levers is excellent value. I've not used this design before but the ability to lock them up or down when removing or installing the tyre is brilliant.
