The biggest potential issue for these Palm Pilots is the battery. A lot of the ones for sale don't work because the batteries no longer hold a charge. Since most of these units were made 17 years ago you should expect that. The one that I purchased was brand new in the box had never been charged and the battery would not take a charge when I attempted to do so after I unpacked it. So I had to buy a new battery for it. However the seller warned that that might be the case so I was prepared to do that. After replacing the battery the unit worked fine and continues to do so.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
