A tad disappointing
Replacement for my old Dyson. Performs well but attachments are disappointing, quite flimsy when compared to my old Dyson Animal 25. Surprisingly a heavy machine given the above and is also smaller. Will take me a while to get used to it. It arrived very quickly and looks perfect with no way I could tell it was a reconditioned unit. Inacurate information in description
Super quick delivery - it arrived next day. However, it is not as described because the advertisement states the weight as 5.6 kgs whereas it actually weighs 7kgs. The weight is important for the user because of mobility issues. We own a Dyson DC24 which weighs 5.0 kgs and can be used with ease. To avoid carrying the DC24 up stairs, a shark vacuum had subsequently been purchased for use upstairs but proves uncomfortably heavy to use at 7.1 kgs. Hence the Dyson Ball Animal was bought thinking it would be a suitable replacement for the shark. Sadly, this is not so, because the dyson is also too heavy for the user. The dyson has been returned. That said, we would be happy to have a Dyson upright vacuum (not a battery model for fear of fire when charging) weighing 5.6 kgs or less.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Small ball Animal
This is in fact a small ball Animal, it works exceedingly well and very easy access to washable filters, you should buy a spare set just as I have done so you always have a clean set to go. having 3 dogs and hairballs rolling here and there means vacuuming at least 3 times a week, there is only one problem, Mr Dysons turned a good design out with no facility to extend the hose no way on this gods earth can you make it 14m stretch, and unless you bungee the vac to the stairway finials it's not a one person job to clean stairs, but hopefully I have found an extension to fit the fancy quick click system and peace will be restoredVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
