The Revenant DVD
The scene with the bear is very realistic, coupled to extraordinary scenery made it a worthwhile watch for me. It’s a film that has little to challenge the brain cells but is an engaging watch because it is just that bit different.

Good film ...that could have been a whole lot better???
The film.....Well what a good idea....well acted.......... I thought this is going to be 'REALLY GOOD'!!!! 2/3rd of the way through the film....I thought.....Mmmmmm could be a bit of 'call of the wild' ..or ' Navada Smith'.... a good survival/ revenge film!!! And what is frustrating is it had all the makings of being so!!!! Another 1/2 hour of well thought out rounded ending to a good film...........but no.........BANG.......and fade out !!! Revenge?? 4/10 rounded ending 3/10 just Left to the imagination......... All is in the eyes of the beholder....and what that person looks for...........Personally this was such a good story......I found it disappointing that they couldn't have 'flowered' up the ending....to make it more of an epic film...as apposed to a 'BIO' story. As it was taken from real events and story line.......A more substantial ending true to life or not....would had made it a more rewarding and satisfying FILM experience!!

no problems, THE REVENANT is almost like RICHARD HARRIS film MAN IN THE WILDERNESS, especially the scene with the BEAR attack which was shown on ITTLE BE ALRIGHT ON THE NIGHT AS mr HARRIS kept running away.
