Fab fitness DVD
I would definitely recommend this DVD, I have done insanity for a fair few years bit after getting fed up I bought this one. I've done level 1 and 2 together and as worked out as I would be after the insanity workout. Joe Wicks isn't annoying either which helps get through it. There are 7 different levels with separate warm up and cool downs, the first 2 levels are only 15 minutes each so I put them together and feel like I've had a really good workout.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Falls Road, Belfast, exactly as it was
The very troubled district of the Falls Road area is the main focus in this film. I was in Belfast in the 70’s and this film was a stark reminder of scenes which I saw whilst there. The film director had captured exactly the damage and destruction that had occurred in real terms. A good film, the young soldier, Injured and separated from his regiment, was very lucky indeed to be re-united with his regiment with his life intact.
