It's an excellent mixture of probiotic and other necessary things that aid the probiotic in doing it's job. I won't list all the ingredients here as they can be viewed easily enough online or on the bottle. But it does exactly what it's supposed to do. As for me personally, it's the only one that doesn't cause some degree of digestive irritation.
