Planning to do a full review at the end of 30 days but two weeks in it’s definitely working, I’m eating much less and not feeling hungry or snacking but have loads of energy for working out. I think if you're making an effort these help motivate more than anything.... They encourage YOU to burn the fat but you can't just sit and hope lol. I walk about about 7-8 miles a day with my Dobermann anyway but was doing another walking challenge upping this to 10-11 miles per day for a month. Trying to remember to power walk not just walk. I thought these would help lose a bit more than otherwise. I was doing really well and had lost 3-4kg in 3 weeks with 3 pills a day & the increased mileage. Eating & drinking the same (wine is my vice not food so I really didn't notice much difference with appetite... maybe realising I could decrease my portion size, despite it being healthy food). Then my mum came to stay and it went out of the window a bit although I am back on it now! The crucial thing I definitely notice is the energy they give me but without that horrid twitchy caffeine feeling. Once I was out I felt like really 'going for it'. Mentally I feel better & brighter. From that side of things they're brilliant. I will probably carry on using them just for that and experiment with how many I take and when given the expense. I just feel better in general. My sleep is awful anyway due to an overactive mind/stress so difficult to comment there. Maybe slightly better if anything as I am going faster & longer walks.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not what I expected

Fat burner should be for burning fats not just for vitamins and energy. This is my personal opinion.
