Good quality powerful inline fan.
This is a good quality fan which is more powerful than many of its competitors. It’s fairly easy to install requiring only 2 wires, live and neutral, you are advised to include a fused switch in the feed circuit with a 3 amp fuse. I have now installed 2 of these fans, one for each bathroom, both are working fine and are fairly quiet in themselves but you do get the sound of air rushing out through the ceiling vent. I also mounted mine on rubber buffers to reduce any noise. The only problem I found was with the supplied securing screws, they are too big for the holes and I had to drill out to a slightly larger size.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Much better than the cheap alternatives
Bought this fan in combination with a separate timer/humidistat to replace the very noisy low price inline fan that i had. This one is about three times the size, but when mounted correctly, i found it to be much much quieter (like the sound you get in a hotel bathroom), and it pulls loads of air out. Build quality is excellent, and it it straight-forward to attach hoses to, unlike the smaller ones. It does cost more than the DIY shop specials, but is so much better that the cost difference is a non-issue.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good extraction rate
Got this easily fitted to a bathroom that was always damp after the shower had been on. Straight swap of old extractor to new. Now the bathroom rarely steams up and mirrors and windows stay clear. Far less bathroom condensation than the little white ones
This is so much more powerful than the small square white things. Just picking it up feels really chunky good quality plastic. Swapped out the old white fan unit and replaced with this as fits straight onto the existing hose, inlet and outlet. It is noisier but mine needs less than 5 minutes extra running time, not 20+ for the previous single fan. This double fan draws out the shower steam leaving minimal condensation now without having the window open. Bliss in January.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
