Did I just hit the jackpot?
Seriously though, did I hit the jack pot? No, but in a way I did. I cannot believe the immense amount of accessories that comes with this camera, especially at this price point. Unbelievable. This just proves beyond a reasonable doubt that you don't have to sacrifice quality or quantity for a cheaper price. For starters you get a second battery, I mean really, who does that? Answer: No one, no one gives you a second battery and top it off a dual charger too. You get a tool, you heard right, a tool to tighten and loosen the knobs that fasten this camera to a outrageous array of mounts and cases, all included, because, why not? This is super handy, especially when you fingers are freezing cold and you just gotta move camera to a different position. Anyway I could seriously go on and on, but I'll stop here. Then only thing missing is an SD Card. The image quality is superb. I've used a Hawkeye 6s, GOPro 4, DJI Spark, No name Action Cam and others. This camera is at least as good if not better (better in my opinion) than all these other cameras. Takes great pictures and allows you to change how wide or narrow the image/video is, this too is a fantastic feature. One last remark, the packaging is top notch as well, way more high end looking and feeling than I thought. And lastly the waterproof case, although I haven't tested it in water, looks stunning in the frosted glass look. It closes super tight and the latch feels as good as a magazine going into a Glock. Great camera for the money! Nice, clean video and photo images...this little camera is a fantastic alternative to the GoPro. I also have a Hero7 Black and although the image quality is better, you are forced to buy extra accessories to get the most out of it. Not so with the Akaso...it ships with a nice set of accessories and can be attached to practically anything and used straight out of the box. Akaso makes an AWESOME action camera.
Akaso produces one of the best midrange priced action cameras. The V50 pro has good image quality, a wide range of settings to produce many different types of photo/video images. Multiple image settings from 20 Megapixel to 8 Megapixel image settings, and 30 to 60 frames per second make it very versatile. It can be used wirelessly with an available app. I like the adjustable view angles, the included remote control wrist band and the touch screen is especially nice to use to change settings. This is my second V50 Pro, having given my previous one to a friend, after I purchased a competitor. The competitor camera, although with native 4k and 60 fps, had a poor image quality compared to the Akaso I went back to the Akaso, which in my estimation is a better camera.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Decent and Affordable Action Camera
Product works pretty well and seems to be of good quality. Easy to navigate and set up. Works with GoPro accessories and is a great alternative. FANTASTIC BUY! No. need for a GoPro!
I was not in a financial position to spend $400 on a GoPro Hero 8, so I did my research and was confident that this camera was going to suit my needs, at a MUCH more reasonable price! The product arrived sooner than expected and I was quite amazed at the quality of packaging upon arrival. After opening the box, I was also surprised at the number of accessories that were included! WOW! I charged the batteries and inserted a 32gb Micro SD card. Upon startup, I found the camera quite simple to operate. I took a few still photos first, which came out great. However, when I tried to take my first video, I got an error that my Micro SD Card was “slow speed.”. The card is a Class 10 card, as specified in the instructions, but it still didn’t work in thus camera. I had to replace the generic SD Card with a Samsung SD card and now it works perfectly. I am quite impressed with the quality of this camera, especially at its price point! I cannit justify paying more for a genuine GoPro. This camera suits my needs and then some! Awesome action camera will buy more.
For the past 2 years I have been wanting to get into videoing for my youtube channel. I spent countless hours reviewing action cameras of different brands and models. I really didnt want to spend the money for a Gopro and I found the Akaso had some very solid good reviews, the price was very affordable and i figured what the heck if it doesnt work then hey it was just a lil bit of money. So I purchased the Akaso Ek7000. I spent a few months taking random videos and reviewing them and they we great. Awesome picture and voice quality. Very easy to use and understand being my first action camera. So now a year later i decided I wanted to expand and get. Few more action camers, so I immediately turned to Akaso. I decided to step it up a notch and I went for the Akaso V50 pro. I bought 2 of them, and yet again i was very impressed. Going over all the upgraded accesories and the different changes from the Ek7000 to the V50 pro. The V50 Pro felt like a well built camera, I liked that the main buttons were on top and the touch screen was very clear. Im very happy with the new upgraded model. Lightweight, compact, user friendly
We used it last week on our tubing trips down the Chattahoochee River. It was easy to use and took awesome pictures & videos. This will be the first time we have quality documented memories.
