The touch buttons take a bit of getting used to - you need to keep them pressed for a second or two. The previous model had the controls above the door and on the slant, which made them easier to see and operate. not easy to operate
The operation buttons are so difficult to find i actually thought the microwave wasn't working when it arrived. Took a teenager to find them and show me. For the price, it is not as easy to operate than cheaper microwave. It is noisy, and the operating Manuel is not very good.
