It will work
I bought this router used so I expected some blemishes and some normal wear and tear issues. At first glance out of the box I noticed the collet nut and the end of the spindle were pretty beat up. I also noticed the locking lever for attaching the base to the body of the router was beat up as well. So far I was thinking just normal wear and tear. Today however I discovered that the spindle lock would only grab in one direction. I was able to tightly chuck up a router bit but I could not get it back out. I am either going to have to find a thin 10 mm wrench to hold the spindle while I loosen the collet nut or I am going to have to take the router apart and replace the broken part. All in all the tool is usable and I expect to get some mileage out of it. I only wish the problems I found had been disclosed in the item description so I would have know what to expect ahead of time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Really good trim router with enough power and speed to do almost any kind of trim work. There's a lot of attachments that could be added which would make this router very versatile.
