Not Good.
Well, I bought this to get me out a hole and all I can say is, buy cheap, buy twice. I use my angle grinder a lot and within 2 days I was getting less than 3 minutes run time from a charge. A full overnight charge. Utter garbage. I only give it 1 star as you cant give zero. The mark up on this must be huge as the 18650 batteries inside have a cumulative value of about 30 pence. Perfect match for impact screwdriver.
Light-weight makes it balance well with the impact screwdriver and it lasts plenty long enough for me. Several days normally. The ‘fuel gauge’ gives me confidence that it will last long enough for the job in hand. The combined weight of screwdriver + battery is more comfortable than with my bigger Dewalt batteries. The bigger batteries balance my drills better so I would not recommend this small one for a drill, unless you are desperate for lower weight.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good battery genuine dewalt 4ah
Have both genuine and after market batteries and the after market batteries have served me well but you can defiantly tell the difference used on an impact wrench more a lot more torque and longer run time with out question not mocking after market batteries as the ones I have had have been good and cheap but you can definitely tell the difference and I use on a daily basis and are perfectly suited for home use but for serious every day use you would see where you're extra money has gone and cheaper in the long term.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Delivers consistent performance and safety
If you use DeWalt power tools don't waste time investing in 'copies' from manufacturers that claim to match the performance and safety requirements of the DeWalt OEM 18vXR product. As an electrical engineer I have had to strip these units when a cell has failed usually at 4+ years but it is not consistent. The manufacturing and build quality of the electronics is top drawer, as are the quality of the Li-Ion cells they typically use across the XR range. They are repairable if you know what you are doing because they are so well designed and and manufactured from very high quality materials. The investment in DeWalt OEM XR batteries is for me a no brainer, with the cost of Lithium increasing on the world market these units represent excellent VFM, delivering consistently great performance in all environments and conditions. These units have been designed to be fit for purpose in a demanding environment, don't risk your reputation or waste money buying non OEM copies. Poor Qulaity
Bought 2 batteries both were okay fro about 2 months then failed. Would not charge, recovered money for 1no of them but on the whole they are are a poor replacement for Dewalt batteries. They give less than 50% ot the run time od=f a Dewalt. Im told waitley replacement s are better but havent tried as yet.
