Decent entry level soundbar
Bought this entry level LG soundbar because it's for a relatively small bedroom, and I wanted to give the neighbours a break from my more powerful lounge system. It sounds better than the 32" LG TV I use in the bedroom, and I can connect my smartphone via Bluetooth for playing music - again, a good sound without causing a nuisance to neighbours. If you have a bigger TV from a decent brand, there's every liklihood that your TV's speakers sound better than this, and therefore this soundbar wouldn't be suitable for you. Sound is clear, with great vocals and clarity, but it is lacking bass. Again, I bought this knowing that already, so not a problem for me. To summarise, if you want a small, low power soundbar to improve the sound of your smaller bedroom TV, then this is a fantastic product that is more than fit for purpose. However, if you're looking for an improvement over the speakers of a decent size/brand TV, you need to be looking towards LG's more powerful bars, or indeed other brands.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Disappointing
I was very disappointed with this soundbar. I took it out of the box and was surprised to see it had nothing covering the speakers. But when I plugged it in and heard the tinny sound that was not at all better than my tv. The bass doesn’t even exist. The sound doesn’t work in time with the tv. There is a short delay which seems to be a common fault with a number of sound bars??. Good value Sound bar

I bought this at a seasonably good price! Does price affect quality. Absolutely, I am a raging technocrat on a budget who is realistic enough not to expect gold for copper prices. But this is good, it’s really good for the money. Satisfactory for the price
