Absolutely love the my zone belt. I am a member of a gym and most members use these belts so I decided to buy one. Best decision. It motivates you to work out and work harder when you do. It clearly shows how hard you are working out with the use of coloured zones. I have not stopped using it since I got it. Light weight, you wouldn't know you are wearing it.
