UNFIT FOR PURPOSE
There is a fundamental design flaw in the grass collector. The metal wire from broke at a weld point and the from then wrapped itself around the rotating scarifier. This is nor a seller issue but that of the manufacturer. In breach of consumer protection law, Qualcast neither stocks, sells nor supplies replacements. The machine is therefore rendered useless. It had been used only FOUR TIMES. Disgraceful from one of the longest standing Garden Brands in the UK.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
