Excellent quality,great support & comfort
This is a good quality pillow. Your head sinks in whilst still giving support to your neck. I researched several as I've had chronic neck pain for years and been using a shaped orthopedic memory foam version recommended by my old chiropractor. I get woken at night as my head gets so hot,possibly linked to menopause . I felt it was time to try a new one that featured new technology and chose Otty as it specifies its coolness. I give it full star rating as felt it deserved more than a good rating of 4 star,but I am a bit disappointed that it doesnt keep your head as cool as they suggest. I'm not sweating as much but then summers over and Nov approaches! I find my head still gets hot but not as bad as with my previous one,and as the otty pillow is a good size theres plenty of room to move position to a cooler spot and return to sleep. It fits perfectly into a standard pillowcase. It is quite heavy so not ideal if you plan on taking it on travels.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Gave me neck pain
I think you have to a very particular body type to use these pillows, the height puts your neck in an uncomfortable position and I woke up with neck pain. Best nights sleep ever
Iv tried lots of different pillows, from feather to goose down, still can’t sleep. Head gets to hot ext. So I’d read some reviews on this pillow and decided to give it a try. Different way to sleep
Have tried the old style memory foam upload with the strange shape and hated. These are similar to normal pillows and they do keep your head cooler than a standard pillow. First few nights it was a matter of getting used to the firmer feel , but then it supports and gives me a much better sleep.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Amazing quality
This is amazing. Moulds to your head shape but the pillow bounces straight back to its normal shape when you move your head which a lot of expensive pillows don't. Highly recommend. Not hot and bothered like usual memory foam
I was a bit sceptical about this before I bought it, as I struggle with pillows. After the first night or so I was finding it really supportive, comfortable, and the best thing is that it does not leave you feel hot and sweaty like many memory foam pillows. You do need to get used to it, and so far I have not needed to remove any filling. It is a great idea, very good quality and well worth the money. I love it so far. Excellent for neck pain sufferers
I 100% recommend these pillows. From day one I have not woken with the severe neck pain I have been plagued with for many years. I have tried every pillow out there previous to these. It has taken me a while to adjust to the height of it, not extreme, just that I assumed flat pillows were the answer. I will be taking my pillow on holidays or anywhere else that I visit overnight. The best pillow I’ve ever had
I bought this pillow after doing some net research and finding good reviews I like a firm, cooling pillow and something that will last I purchased two of the pillows and feel that they are well made and will last a long time Having put protectors and covers on the,, I set about having a good sleep and found the pillows definitely provided the firmness I like and although memory foam, they don’t warm up and make my head too hot, so the cooling gel definitely works The pillows are heavy, but then again, who moves them around much whilst in bed Overall am really pleased with them and now I’m contemplating an Otty mattressVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Who needs a box?
Truly an excellent purchase! I have considered an OTTY pillow for a while but circumstances have meant I couldn’t justify spending over £50 on a pillow. However I came across this find! An OTTY pillow for under £30!!! Just because it isn’t in a box! Which I am personally not fussed by as is probably better for the environment. Despite still being the most expensive pillow I have ever bought, it is certainly worth every penny. Incredibly comfortable, good balance of soft and firm. Found it supported both my head and neck well, which is important to me due to neck problems I get. I was so impressed I even bought another! Very happy with this Pillow, Highly recommend. In fact I already have recommended it to quite a few people. As this is great value for money! Get it while you can!
