Good product with missing features
This product is the third generation Logitech Webcam I have and used. It provides great quality videos. I do not use the integrated microphone, sound doesn't matter. Others have chimed in the audio is great. There are however two aspects where I believe Logitech could have done a much better job 1.- instead of improving the tripod mounting aspect, it was removed 2.- I also expected a product which is ahead of its full use to implement integrated optical zooming capability. I am disappointed the thinkers at Logitech couldn't see that feature as important in the world of cameras.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT
The Logitech 960 Brio is a outstanding camera. Since I am on Zoom conferencing daily, it simplifies doing camera angles. Love the zoom feature. Takes so practice to get the settings correct, but it is worth it in the end. Excellent camera!
I'm a musician and teach online drum lessons and live stream, and this camera is a massive improvement from the built-in camera on my Mac Book Pro. I love the combined 6 different camera lens angles (3 in Standard mode, and 3 in Widesceen mode) and the 90 degree angle in widescreen gives me plenty of room, even having the camera set up very close to me. Set up was super easy, the clip on attatchment and privacy clip, as well as the long USB cable are all super handy. Had nothing but positive feedback from people on the end of video chat. I use my own mic system, but the Logitech camera mic works very well, too. Did a lot of research before hand and very happy I chose this one. Solid build quality, too. Logitech Brio review
This camera has amazing image quality, however sometimes it takes a while to get back to focus when I use it in the applications I need it for. The company offers a "green screen" downloadable software, but that really doesn't work. As soon as you install it and try to use it, for some reason, it always uninstalls itself. You can verify this on videos on youtube. You can just plug and play it, but then you will miss out on the options that you can save the settings sat if you download the software for the camera and this is why I said it is not easy to set up. This camera has great image quality but it is very pricey. I needed it so I had to spend for it, but I am sure there are lesser cameras that can do as great a job if you do not have the financial resources to pay for it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Top of the line camera, it is what you want a webcam to be. It is super clear gives great image quality and has very good low light contrast. Yes, it's expensive, but the image/video quality is fantastic.
I bought this camera after my wife was using my Logitech 930 frequently during the pandemic. I got tired of moving that camera back and forth between her desktop PC and mine. To be blunt, the image improvement over the 930 is incredible. I use a large 30 inch monitor. Even on that large screen the image is very sharp in both good light and poor light. When viewed on a smaller, screen like a 20"- 26", the video image looks even sharper. Add to that the ability to change field of view, zoom, pan and tilt and you have an incredible personal webcam.
